10/11/2011 - VT MILTOPE TEAMS WITH GENERAL DYNAMICS C4 SYSTEMS ON CHS-4 WIN

VT Miltope, a company of VT Systems, Incs. (VT Systems), today announced they are teamed with General Dynamics C4 Systems on the Common Hardware Systems-4 (CHS-4) program. General Dynamics C4 Systems was recently awareded this five-year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a potential value of $3.7b if all options are exercised by the Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG). VT Miltope has the potential to earn up to $250m over the life of this contract.  

08/18/2011 - VT MILTOPE AWARDED ADDITIONAL MSD-V3 ORDER

VT Miltope, a company of VT Systems, Inc. (VT Systems), today announced that it has received an additional $43.9m order from teh US Army to supply the At Platform Automatic Test Systems (APATS) Maintenance Support Device-Version 3 (MSD-V3). This new order, which is part of the $500.0m indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity MSD-V3 contract awarded in 2009, brings the total awarded value for this contract to $148.5m.

07/27/2011 - VT MILTOPE ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO

VT Miltope, a company of VT Systems, Inc. (VT Systems), today announced the retirement of its president and CEO, Brigadier General (USA Retired) Thomas R. Dickinson, effective July 31, 2011. Dickinson began his career with VT Miltope in 1998 as the chief operating officer and was promoted to president and CEO in January 1999. The board of directors has named Julie A. Briggs, currently vice president of rugged systems program development, to be the next president and CEO.

03/08/2011 - VT MILTOPE AND THE U.S. ARMY ROLL OUT THE MAINTENANCE SUPPORT DEVICE-V3 (MSD-V3)

VT Miltope, a company of VT Systems, Inc. (VT Systems), recently hosted a Rollout Ceremony for the U.S. Army’s At-Platform Automatic Test Systems (APATS) Integrated Family of Test Equipment (IFTE) Maintenance Support Device-Version 3 (MSD-V3) program at its company headquarters in Hope Hull, Ala. Over 200 attendees from the MSD-V3 US Army-VT Miltope community as well as local dignitaries attended the ceremony.
